We have a parking lot to the left of our building as well as full street parking in any available spot. The business to the left of us graciously shares their parking space with us as well as the business across the street.
When should I arrive for class?
We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to get your spot and equipment ready to go which usually the instructor will write on the board as you walk in what is needed that day. Of course always just come!
What should I bring?
All we need is YOU! but pleae wear comfortable clothing and shoes and if you would like your own mat please bring along with water. Otherwise we do offer mats you can borrow and water for purchase.
Are your classes beginner-friendly?
Absolutely! Every class at Kaia is designed for ALL levels and ages. Our amazing instructors will offer modifications to every exercise that we do.
