My name is Amanda Lopez. I love Kaia and have been working out at Kaia Woodland since 2017. I am a longtime Woodland resident, and have been a Physical Educator in our public school system for 20 years. It is more than likely that I may have taught you, your child, or a family member over the years!  I am a proud single mother of one beautiful daughter and family and Kaia go hand in hand for me!  Concentrating on my own health and wellbeing rejuvenates me to be the best Mom I can be! I want to coach and assist anyone on a health and fitness journey at any stage to be and feel they best they can be!  See you in class!!
