1 lb Power Greens (Costco)
1-2 whole lemons (peel included)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 scoop Vega Vanilla protein powder
2 cups of water
8 ounces frozen pineapple (weighed not 1 cup of pineapple)
Blend all the ingredients except pineapple. Add frozen pineapple, blend again until smooth.
Serves 1 (drink 1 quart for a meal replacement and then drink the rest as a snack).
