This sauce is so easy to make, very refreshing and is delicious over banana nice cream.
2 cups frozen mangos chunks (thaw on counter for 1 hour)
the juice of 4 small limes or 2 large larges
5-10 basil leaves (depending on size of the leaf)
about 1 cup of water
Put all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. You may need to add more water for more of a sauce consistency- you can also add more lime if you want.
Pour over your banana nice cream.
