All right, if you haven't met Coach Mel, here is a little about her. She is usually in bright and early, if you meet her your muscles will never forget. I ran across a facebook ad for Kaia Coaches when I was seeking a way to showcase my abilities to help be a positive change in peoples lives. What do you love best about being a coach? The best part of coaching for me is the instant gratification I get while coaching my girls through a 60 minute workout. It just fills my heart knowing they are leaning on you for support in so many ways. What are your favorite things to do when you’re not coaching? When I am not coaching I am enjoying my family and working on my own self love. Our home is filled with Soccer players. With that being said we spend a lot of time on the field. What is your favorite snack post-workout? My favorite post workout snack is a protein shake of course. Max Pro. Right now I am on a cinnamon roll flavor kick. YUM! If you could have one superpower what would it be and why? When it comes to fitness, If I could have 1 Super power I would make every Woman be able to embrace who they are and be comfortable in their own skin.
