I have always had an enthusiasm for health and wellness and played sports throughout my childhood, but my fitness journey really began when I took up running as an adult. I started to truly understand the value that an active lifestyle had on my well-being, and from there I began further exploring other types of fitness such as pilates, yoga, cycling, mountain biking, and crossfit. I love the feeling of pushing past my limits and accomplishing things that were once a seemingly unattainable goal. When I found Kaia, I knew I was hooked! This community of women was exactly what I needed to find the drive within myself to continuously push forward to become my best self. I have been a Kaia girl for over four years now and am loving every minute of it! With a bachelor's degree in Nutrition, I have a deep understanding of the importance of proper fueling for exercise and am extremely passionate about helping our girls reach toward their health and fitness goals. I truly believe that every single person has the power to change their life and achieve optimum health, and surrounding ourselves with positive, supportive people is the best way to get there. At Kaia, you are able to work at your own individual level and will always walk out of the gym feeling accomplished. It doesn't matter where you are starting from; everyone is on the same path toward similar goals and we are there for each other without judgment, full of support and high fives and 'atta girls.' I feel so honored that as a coach, I get to witness these amazing women realizing their strength and ability and doing things they never thought possible. See you in the gym!
