I first tried Kaia FIT 2013 when one of my bridesmaids (Coach Heidi) and I tried Kaia for a boot camp before my wedding. We got up and went at 5:30 am every day for the 5 weeks and loved it. I didn’t join Kaia right away, I still had a membership at another gym, but a year after my wedding and that other gym membership had expired I had stopped exercising and was looking to move more again. I ran into the owner of Kaia FIT at a health fair and remembered how much I loved the work outs and the community. I rejoined Kaia FIT Chico in November of 2014 and have been a Kaia girl ever since. I have always been active, have pretty much always belonged to a gym, play volleyball dabble in running and I have never worked out as hard or as consistently as I do at Kaia. In the summer of 2018 the owner of Kaia said she was looking for a buyer for Kaia. I was commuting to Red Bluff to help run our family business there, I had always wanted to own by own business in Chico and was afraid someone would buy it that wasn’t a part of our community. I became a group fitness instructor and started coaching at Kaia FIT in May of 2019 and July 1st of 2019 I took ownership of Kaia FIT Chico.
