Here are some steps to prepare for your reset:
Step 1. Make things obvious. Place healthy options where they are easy to grab. Hide unhealthy options that you are detoxing.
Step 2. Make the items you want to include in your life attractive. If you want to include exercise, purchase a cute outfit.
Step 3. Make it easy. Create or use a meal plan so your meals are ready to grab when you are hungry.
