5 frozen bananas cut into chunks
2 cups of almond milk (more or less for desired thickness)
10 medjool dates
1 tsp vanilla
¼ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp cinnamon
Soak your dates for at least 30 minutes in warm water before making. Make sure to pit them.
Put all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Add more almond milk if too thick.
