This recipe is meant to be 1 serving- meaning will consume the whole thing, even if you do it over two meals, or 1 meal and a snack. This way you consume a whole pound of greens.
1 lb of power greens (Costco)
2 cups of frozen cherries
2 whole lemons (leave the peel on)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 scoop vanilla Vega protein powder
2 cups of water
Put everything except the cherries into the blender and blend down. Add in cherries and blend until smooth.
