The idea for this recipe has been mulling around in my brain for a few weeks now. I am so happy to report that it turned out amazing! Spicy like my buffalo ranch dressing with fewer calories and more fiber.
1 can of organic garbanzo beans drained
2 tbsp tahini
1/4 cup Frank Red Hot Sauce
Tobasco sauce (I just used a couple of shakes of the bottle)
1/2 tbsp of white balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
Put all ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth. If you don’t like spicy and want to reduce the amount of hot sauce- I would reserve some of the liquid from the can just in case you need to thin it out a bit.
