I love Bitchen Sauce. I could eat it daily at every meal. I decided to us it as a base for a bean dip to give it more fiber and stretch it out a bit which means less fat per serving. I first tried just blending the Bitchen Sauce with the garbanzo beans but it definitely needed something more. Lemon juice and Tobasco sauce pulled it all together. This dip will be the perfect addition to a veggie tray for Thanksgiving.
2 cans of garbanzo beans drained
juice of half a lemon
a few dashes of Tobasco sauce
1 cup of chipotle Bitchen Sauce (Costco)
Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
