4-5 lemons juiced
2-inch piece of ginger
2 ounces of chia seeds
2 tbsp of activated charcoal powder
Put lemon juice and ginger into blender fill with enough water to fill up the blender. Add 2 tbsp of activated charcoal. Blend until the ginger is completely blended. Strain through a nut milk bag. Add chia seeds and stir. Let sit for about 30 minutes and stir about every 10 minutes. Pour into mason jars and store in the refrigerator. Add a few drops of liquid stevia before drinking.
Drink plenty of water while detoxing. This makes enough for several days.
