Our program philosophy goes much further than just a fitness workout. We designed Kaia to fit into your schedule, and we welcome you to start anytime.
Nutrition is a key component of our program. In our daily virtual or in-studio offerings, we incorporate nutritional guidance and support through monthly challenges, meal guides, and weekly tips. We have also created several programs available for purchase as additional support to supplement your wellness journey. You can utilize these programs as a stand-alone or incorporate them with your Kaia workouts.
What You Get:
Your Kaia workout is 4% of the day. Our unique combination of nutrition and fitness gives you strength, vitality and energy to live the life you deserve.
