  • How do I find the studio?

    Our studio is located toward the back of the office complex, across from the grassy field.

  • Where should I park?

    Free parking is available in front of the roll up door and across the street.

  • When should I arrive for class?

    We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to check in and set up you equipment.

  • What should I bring?

    Bring a yoga mat, athletic shoes and a water bottle.

  • Are your classes beginner-friendly?

    Absolutely! Our coaches demonstrate each exercise and show low impact and high impact versions. We offer modification for any pre-existing injuries.
