There are days that we are all in a hurry. This is one of my favorite- easy and quick snacks or breakfast meals. The key to this is a ripe banana. Ripe fruit is easier to digest and just tastes sweeter. You can use almond butter or peanut butter (my boys like the Trader Joe’s peanut butter with flax and chia seeds in it).
1 ripe banana
raw almond butter or natural peanut butter
unsweetened coconut flakes
Cut the banana in half lengthwise. Spread a tbsp of nut butter on each side. Top with a sprinkle of chia seeds and coconut flakes. That is it! I told you quick and easy.
