Zero Cholesterol Vegan Queso Fundido from Veganosity
Easy & Delicious Skinny Margarita (serves 1)
2 oz. Tequila of choice (I prefer reposado)
1 oz. Cointreau
La Croix lime
Tajin (spiced garnish for the rim)
Can be found in the international aisle of most grocery stores
A garnish of choice (lime, orange, mint, jalapeno)
To add a bit of spice, muddle jalapeno prior to mixing
Add tequila, Cointreau and lime to the mixer.
Add lime to rim of glass and roll in tajin
Add ice to the glass
Add ice to shaker and shake vigorously for 20 seconds
Pour over ice, topping with La Croix
Add garnish, and enjoy!
