I was born and raised here in Placerville. As a Kaia Fit Owner, I embrace opportunity to help local women with their fitness goals & encourage them to push themselves to reach those goals.

What I love about Kaia is all the ladies who each come from different walks of life with their own story to tell. Everyone has a common goal, no one judging each other and everyone is, kind and supportive in our Kaia Community!

Kaia is my happy place; it makes me a better me

and I love being surrounded by motivated ladies every day!! Plus, I love to work out! In fact, I schedule everything around my workout time. It's something that is important to me. I also love hiking. Nature is beautiful, should be enjoyed and hiking is always an adventure!

If I had one superpower it would teleportation.

It could save those hours of driving in the car to go all the fun places!
