Kaia Fit Fallbrook

Why Kaia? As an adult, I was always pretty active... doing adult gymnastics, doing Tae Kwon Do, and even tried to do a 5K every month one year (Made it to 10!). So I thought I was in pretty good shape... until I started Kaia and couldn't move for about 2 weeks! Almost 2 years after my first Kaia class, I am even more in love with it than when I started. I am in my 40's and in the best shape of my life. Why NOT Kaia?!?! Favorite Kaia Friendly food? There are SO many delicious Kaia recipes that I have tried (Bok Choy, Tempeh Tacos, Toasted Quinoa and Kale, Split Pea Soup, and Green Beans and Coconut just to name a few). BUT, there is one recipe that I COULD NOT stop eating. It was just the right amount of sweet and tangy and crunchy. Becca's Broccoli Salad will make it to the top of my list every time! YUMMMM! I love coaching Kaia for so many reason. I have truly found something that I enjoy doing and I am excited to wake up every morning to go to "work". I love to see a new girl come to class and see all the Kaia vets make her feel welcome and loved on the very first day. I love to see women come in who are barely able to make it through their first class, and then in just a few weeks, they are busting out Kaia Builders like nobody's business! It is so inspiring to see each woman evolve and become just a little more comfortable in her own skin. I love the relationships I've built with many of the women and look forward to seeing them at every workout. I love that I am able to learn something new every day and I have the opportunity to learn more at each certification. I believe in Kaia and I love what it brings into each of our lives.
