F.I.T. Tip of the week: Living ‘Foot loose & Fancy F.I.T.’ means letting go of caring what other people think. Sometimes we get so wrapped up in being a label like great Mom, amazing wife, caring friend, hard worker, great cook and so on we forget to just be ourselves.
