Burpees for Boobs!!

Just this past weekend, Kaia girls converged on the brand new Kaia F.I.T. Sacramento location to…can you guess? Do burpees for boobs! You may be scratching your head right now, wondering what, exactly, that means. Basically, while the news covered the event, Kaia girls did burpees (don’t know what a burpee is?) and were sponsored for EVERY SINGLE BURPEE!

Burpee numbers started totaling in the high 400′s…how crazy is that?!?! That means that one single Kaia girl raised over 400 dollars for We Kan Help, an organization designed to help local women battling breast cancer in our communities.
